Dating expectations too high
So how do you keep yourself from expecting too much too soon?

Men may be slower to arrive at the altar, but once there, they’re typically good to go.
They don’t spend the subsequent years trying to change the woman they married, nor do they fantasize about what life with another woman might be like. Women, on the other hand, want to change a man once they’ve married him!
When it comes to longer term relationships however, forget the benefit of the doubt. As we left the hotel, he said, “You don’t need to spend an hour doing your hair and makeup. Pick any pinnacle scene from any romantic comedy and you have a scenario that any woman would love to experience firsthand. One of the things I notice with a lot men (not all – but a lot) are feelings of entitlement.
It’s not that he is failing to live up to them; it’s that NO ONE CAN because they’re unreasonably high!
